Subscriptions
aiXtractor is offered on a free tier and on paid monthly subscriptions. Paid plans are billed in advance, once per month, on the date you subscribe, and renew automatically until cancelled.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from the Billing section of your account. Cancellation stops all future renewals immediately; you keep access to your paid plan until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. There are no cancellation fees.
Refunds
Because the free tier lets you fully evaluate the service before paying, fees already charged for the current billing period are generally non-refundable, and we do not provide partial refunds for unused time or pages. If you were charged in error, charged twice, or believe there is a genuine billing problem, email aixtractor@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge and we will review it and issue a refund where appropriate. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
